Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost.

Under federal law, healthcare providers must provide individuals who are uninsured or who are not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for non emergency services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time upon request. The estimate will include anticipated costs for services reasonably expected as part of your care.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
